Position Overview

This role manages all aspects of fire alarm and life safety construction activities—from preconstruction estimating and scheduling through completion and closeout. You'll lead coordination with architects, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance on every job.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates, manage budgets, and monitor project progress.
• Schedule, direct, and support construction crews and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients throughout project phases.
• Oversee vendor negotiations, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, permits, and quality standards.
• Drive project completion on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

This position is Salary Non-Exempt and is DOE—paid like hourly, and you will receive overtime pay (1.5× your hourly rate) for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
