1. Maintaining a clean safe and healthy environment within the clients home. This may include light cleaning and straightening of bathrooms bedrooms and living areas washing dishes and doing the laundry.
2. Performing personal care activities as listed in the clients Plan of Care. These may include assisting the client with personal hygiene ambulation and exercise eating dressing shaving and physical transfers.
3. Making meals and providing nutritional support.
4. Documenting and reporting changes in the clients physical and mental condition.
5. Assisting the client with the self-administration of medication.
