Duration : 4-6 Months Contract to Hire

Location : Lemont, IL

Salary : $50,000-$65,000 / Annually

Role Description : The IT Specialist - Power Platform must have 3+ years of experience. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT / Power Platform Specialist to join our team in Lemont, IL.

This role blends traditional IT support responsibilities with opportunities to design and deliver solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT helpdesk support, an eagerness to expand into low-code / no-code development, and the professional presence to interact effectively with business users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing helpdesk support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly applications and workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation for systems, solutions, and support activities.
• Ensure a professional, customer-focused approach when working with employees across all departments.
• Proactively learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and business processes.

Qualifications :

Education : Any / Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Minimum 3+ years of experience

Relocation : This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel : No

Local Preferred : Yes

Note : Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
