Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $27 - $30 per hour
Shift: Flexible 1st shift hours.

What’s a typical day as a CNC Programmer? You’ll be:
• Writing, revising, and optimizing CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines, reporting to the Production Manager.
• Translating engineering drawings and 3D models into accurate machining instructions.
• Collaborating with machinists, engineers, and quality control to resolve machining issues and ensure product conformity.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED; technical certification or an associate degree in machining or manufacturing technology is preferred.
• Bring a minimum of 5+ years of experience operating and programming CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Are proficient in G-code and major CAM software platforms, with a strong understanding of machining principles and material characteristics.
