Key Responsibilities
Support the full-cycle recruiting process for software and hardware engineering roles
Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies
Source candidates through online platforms and ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with technical roles
BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
Organized and able to manage multiple roles and priorities
Curious and proactive with a commitment to inclusive hiring practices
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
