Onboarding Coordinator

A company is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator (11 : 30AM - 8 : 00PM ET).

Key Responsibilities

Schedule in-home assessments for prospective patients with Clinical Liaison field representatives

Handle inbound calls from patients and referral sources while maintaining communication with all parties

Document calls, tasks, and appointments in Salesforce and track daily assessments

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience

Ability to work 11 : 30am to 8 : 00pm ET Monday through Friday

Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience

Experience in outbound / inbound call center or scheduling preferred

Working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce or similar software
