Position Summary

We're hiring a Regional Recruiter to be the go-to talent partner for our Northeastern Region —supporting a portfolio of roofing and home improvement Partners. This recruiter will be embedded in the day-to-day operations of our businesses, partnering closely with field leaders to hire top talent across a range of roles—with a heavy emphasis on outside sales (1-call close), contact center / customer experience teams, support staff, and production.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments; is energized by relationship-building; and is scrappy, resourceful, and mission-driven. You'll be based at our Partner location in in Bloomfield, CT while supporting others in multiple other Northeastern States and collaborate frequently with our centralized Talent Acquisition team in Charlotte, NC.
