Job Summary

As a Kids Gymnastics Instructor, youll lead fun, engaging classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years, using The Little Gyms proven curriculum. Youll help children build confidence, coordination, and social skills through movement, play, and positive reinforcement.

No gymnastics experience required, but helpful paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Teach childrens gymnastics and movement classes using our structured curriculum
  
  
• Create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for every child
  
  
• Provide excellent customer service to parents and families
  
  
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
  
  
• Treat each class and child like its their first day every time
  
  
• Assist with events, birthday parties, and special programs as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred (education, childcare, coaching, camps, daycare, preschool, etc.)
  
  
• Background in child development, education, physical education, dance, or gymnastics is a plus
  
  
• Energetic, positive, and comfortable leading groups of children
  
  
• Able to be active, lift equipment, and move throughout your shift
  
  
• Reliable, professional, and great with communication
