As we collaborate with DC Studios and Warner Bros Pictures Animation and Matt Reeves' 6th and Idaho on a revolutionary new project, you'll play a vital role in coordinating the artistry and logistics that bring bold visions to life. Swaybox Studios is looking for a friendly, reliable, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming front office experience while supporting day-to-day operations that keep our creative studio running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a professional and secure environment for staff, visitors, and vendors. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit, creative team in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You'll be the first impression of our studio, helping create a warm, secure, and efficient workspace for everyone who walks through the door.

Key Responsibilities :

• Open and prepare the reception area, and conference room each morning
• Greet employees and visitors with a professional and positive attitude
• Manage visitor check-in using digital software, verify ID, oversee NDA signature, and enforce security protocols
• Communicate with team members to ensure guests are properly escorted into the building
• Receive packages and deliveries; log package details and notify appropriate teams
• Assist with large deliveries by coordinating with the warehouse team
• Support internal teams with additional administrative tasks as needed
