Financial Analyst

Visa Status : H4 EAD GC GC EAD & USC

Job Type : W2C

Experience : 0 5 years

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning reporting and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data create meaningful insights and help strengthen business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze financial statements budgets and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify trends risks and opportunities.
  • Support budgeting variance analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Build financial models and dashboards for reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and business strategies.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial standards.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or related field (preferred).
  • 0 7 years of experience in financial analysis FP&A accounting or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau Power BI or ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Onsite and Hybrid position are available.
  • Candidate must be located at US.
  • No relocation.
