PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :
This is a full-time position (1.0 FTE) for a licensed mental health professional who will be directing and helping to develop a day treatment program for children ages 3-7. This position includes working with clients and providing supervision to staff in the program, as well as being the expert on the program.
POSITION DETAILS :
Schedule / Location : On-site at Secure Base Counseling Center’s Day Treatment location. Some telehealth work may also be provided based on the needs of the program but this individual is expected to be on-site for most of the standard work week
Compensation : $95,000 - $120,000 / year, dependent on experience
QUALIFICATIONS :
A licensed mental health professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP).
An approved clinical supervisor in the state of Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP)
DC 0-5 trained
In good standing with their board and current with continuing education
Preference given to a clinician with 1-2 years of supervisory experience
Client-centered, systemic, and trauma-informed
Program development experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage all aspects of the Day Treatment Program
Interview and hire program team members
Provide clinical supervision to team
Develop and maintain a program manual
Create and maintain curriculum for program
Manage program budget
Monitor and evaluate performance of direct reports
Conduct 90 day and annual reviews with direct reports
Monitor billable hours for their direct reports
Manage compliance of their direct reports
Approve and manage PTO for direct reports
Work with HR for recruitment purposes
Coordinate and participate in marketing for clients
Conduct Corrective Action Plans when necessary
Attend staff meetings as needed
Participate in the leadership development program
Remain compliant in billing and documentation per SBCC policy
Promote positive culture at SBCC
Promote SBCC’s core values
Provide therapy services to clients and families in the program
Other responsibilities as needed for the program to function optimally
COMPENSATION :
Supervisors are W2 employees and are paid every two weeks. Checks are issued through ADP by direct deposit into the employee's account of choosing. Supervisors are paid based on experience and time at SBCC. All supervisor positions are salaried and considered exempt.
