The Global Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the company's full-cycle recruiting strategy. This is a hands-on builder role that requires actively managing a heavy requisition load while simultaneously designing the foundation of the talent acquisition function (e.g., processes, systems, metrics, employer branding). The Global Talent Acquisition Manager will also serve as a crucial partner to the rest of the People & Culture team, offering support and collaboration across various HR functions as needed.

Talent Acquisition
- Own the Requisition Load : Personally manage and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions across the organization, from entry-level to senior leadership roles.
- Sourcing & Candidate Engagement : Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, niche communities) to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Experience : Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining consistent, timely communication and acting as the brand ambassador for the company.
- Interview Process Management : Facilitate and manage the scheduling, feedback collection, and continuous calibration of interview teams.
- Negotiation & Closing : In collaboration with the Chief People Officer, lead compensation conversations, extend offers, and effectively negotiate to secure top talent.
Partnership Management : Oversee and manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, including negotiating terms and ensuring alignment on candidate quality and process.
Strategy & Function Building
Process Design : Design, document, and implement standardized, scalable, and equitable recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.System Optimization and Maintenance : Lead the build-out, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Greenhouse, including configuring workflows, managing user permissions, ensuring data integrity, and leveraging all features to maximize recruiter efficiency and reporting capabilities.Employer Branding : Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company's employer brand, working closely with Marketing to showcase company culture and values.Coaching & Training : Develop and deliver training and coaching programs for hiring managers and interview teams on best practices, including structured interviewing techniques, objective candidate assessment, diversity hiring strategies, and legal compliance in the hiring process.
Metrics & Reporting : Establish key recruiting metrics (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire) and provide regular reports to leadership on pipeline health, diversity, and strategic initiatives.Diversity & Inclusion : Design and drive strategies to promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment and hiring process.HR Partnership & Support
Onboarding Integration : Work with People & Culture team to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to the first day, contributing to the development of a robust new-hire onboarding experience.HR Project Support : Be a flexible and willing partner to assist the broader People & Culture team with projects, administrative tasks, and compliance work as capacity allows (e.g., policy implementation, employee engagement, employee file audits, etc.).Performance Management Input : Provide strategic input to HR on talent gaps and training needs identified during the recruiting process.What You'll Bring :
8+ year of experience in global talent acquisition, ideally in tech or SaaSBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldExtensive experience with Greenhouse ATS highly preferredVery high degree of discretion and good judgmentSelf-motivated and positive, with a strong drive to problem solve and present solutionsPeople person and relationship builder, maintaining positive, effective relationships across all levels of the organizationProcess-oriented and comfortable collaborating with a small, close-knit teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong technical skills, including Microsoft Office programs, Google Workspace, Zoom / Meets, etc.Respect for and sensitivity to diverse customs and cultures as part of other countries' hiring normsResidence in Eastern or Central time zones strongly preferred.Benefits :
