Months 4–6 : Take ownership of design components and drawing reviews. Months 7–12 : Lead small structural reviews and contribute to major project deliverables. BS or MS in Civil / Structural Engineering (steel coursework preferred) Proficient or familiar with STAAD PRO, RAM, AutoCAD, Excel, Word Strong communicator, collaborative, and eager to learn

- Apply core principles of structural mechanics and materials science to solve complex challenges.
