We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will support compliance functions such as business licensing, sales tax reporting, and internal documentation. This position requires collaboration across departments to ensure regulatory standards are met and projects are completed successfully.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the shared mailbox, acting as a liaison for corporate employees to process licensing requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with third-party licensing partners to fulfill information requests, gather required documentation, and monitor outstanding items.
- Maintain and update internal tracking systems, documentation, and compliance metrics to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist the Business Licensing Manager with compliance-related projects and assigned tasks.
- Ensure all licensing processes align with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Support various administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze and compile data for internal reporting purposes.
- Handle additional duties as needed to meet department objectives.
- At least one year of experience in compliance or internal audit roles.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
- Demonstrated ownership of tasks and ability to manage workflows to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with business licensing, sales tax, and internal reporting processes.
