Overview

Spoonhower Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator who is friendly and an excellent communicator to join our team at our new Hilliard location. This role oversees and converts new patient exams and observation appointments into treatment starts.

Schedule (Part-Time)

Initial (approx. 6 months) : Thursday & Friday

  • Thursday : 1 : 30 PM - 6 : 30 PM
  • Friday : 9 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM

Future : Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday

  • Office hours expanding to 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (T-Th)

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct new patient exams (pan / ceph x-rays, intraoral & extraoral photos)
  • Manage observation appointments
  • Perform monthly and quarterly follow-ups on undecided patients
  • Present treatment and financial options
  • Answer all treatment- and finance-related questions
  • Ensure patients are seen in a timely manner

    • Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of orthodontic private practice experience
  • Radiology certification required
  • Strong communicator; empathetic, relatable, and patient-focused
  • Goal-oriented with proactive follow-up skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
