Position Overview : Hiring Shift Managers and Track Operators

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Shift Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for running shifts, managing the crew, and handling cash transactions. If you have a passion for customer interaction and enjoy motivating others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Shift Manager Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Manage and motivate crew members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Engage with customers, enhancing their experience.
  • Assist in scheduling, training, and performance management of the crew.

Shift Manager Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a managerial role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required.

    • Track Operator Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with guest using voice, signs and flags.
  • Motivate guest, fostering a positive race experience.
  • Ensure safety of customers
  • Keep karts charged.
  • Assigning karts and assisting guests.

    • Track Operator Requirements :

  • 18 years of age.
  • Nights and weekends.
  • Ability to run, jump push and lift 150lbs.
  • BIG SMILE.
