A company is looking for an Assistant Superintendent with commercial construction experience or relevant education.
Key Responsibilities
Create and update construction schedules, monitor logic relationships, and incorporate new work items
Coordinate jobsite logistics and maintain relationships with building teams and subcontractors
Lead safety programs by promoting safe work behavior and assist with subcontractor coordination
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a foreman / lead in commercial construction or 2+ years in a construction-based educational program
Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn project management and scheduling software
A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
A strong desire to learn and grow as a manager of field operations
