Edenbrook Sheboygan, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, is looking for a Full-time Certified Dietary Manager for our wonderful facility!

Position : Certified Dietary Manager

The successful candidate for the role of Certified Dietary Manager will be a talented and motivated Dietary Manager with compassion, and a desire to provide the best of nutritious meals for our residents.

Job Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain nutritious menus for residents, with an understanding of clinical aspects related to food in the Skilled Nursing environment
• Manage staff in the kitchen environment
• Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion
• Ordering kitchen supplies as needed
• Oversee and ensure the cleanness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
