Personal Care Partner QMAP (Part-Time Evenings)

Schedule : Friday Saturday Sunday 2 : 00 p.m. 10 : 00 p.m.

You will :

Support residents with daily personal care and ADLs (bathing dressing grooming meals mobility).

Build respectful caring relationships with residents and families.

Monitor safety and well-being and promptly report changes to nursing / supervisors.

Assist with medications under licensed nurse supervision following all five rights and documentation procedures.

Communicate and collaborate with the care team to support resident goals and preferences.

You are :

Compassionate patient and respectful of resident choice.

A strong team player and communicator.

Experienced in caregiving and / or medication assistance (or willing to be trained per state law).

Able to work FriSun 2p10p consistently.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications & Experience

• Per the state of operation requirements Medication certification; QMAP-A / L Med Tech Med Aide Nurse Delegation
• Must be able to read write and speak the English language.
• High school or Equivalent (GED)
• One (1) year experience in some level of elder care preferred
• Proficient computer skills preferred
• Strong self-management and organization skills
• Strong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to handle competing deadlines flexible and adaptable (Open to change).
• Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
