Job Description

Lead and manage multifamily / mixed-use projects from preconstruction through delivery. Support estimating and preconstruction efforts (currently handled by Bryan). Collaborate with Dan (finance) and Bryan (estimating / precon) on PM duties. Coordinate with 4 on-site Superintendents to ensure smooth execution. Participate in project site walk-throughs and client-facing meetings. Drive schedules, budgets, and quality standards across multiple projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

• 7-10 years of project management experience in multifamily / mixed-use (50+ units minimum).
• Strong preconstruction and estimating skills.
• Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
• Self-starter who doesn't need babysitting-trusted to manage independently.
