Prominent, long standing, Law Firm focusing on Complex Litigation cases both Civil Litigation and Commercial Litigation seeks an Experienced Litigation Paralegal. This firms focuses on various areas of law including Commercial / Business Litigation, Product Liability and Catastrophe cases.

Requirements :

Minimum of 5 years plus of Litigation experience as a Paralegal

Must be able to work on Complex Litigation Cases

Able to draft Pleadings

Excellent Research and Writing skills

Knowledge of the Local Rules and Procedures

Possess Excellent Discovery Skills

Great communication skills and able to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, etc.

Computer savvy in MSWord, Excel and Outlook

Case Management Experience

Trial experience helpful

Job Description :

Drafting and editing correspondence and pleadings

Monitoring Calendar deadlines

Working closely with the Attorneys

E-filing

Case Management

Preparing for Depositions, Mediations, Arbitrations and Trials

Preparing Exhibit Binders

Salary will depend on your experience, however, we are in the range of $90-100K, DOE.
