Job Title : Production Coordinator (Data Entry Clerk Production Department) Schedule : Monday to Friday, 5 : 00 AM 1 : 30 PM Location : Newark CA Pay Rate : $20.00 per hour
About the Role :
We are seeking a Production Coordinator (Data Entry Clerk) to join our Production Department. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in both an office and light production environment. The Production Coordinator will ensure that all production data is accurately recorded and will assist on the floor when needed to support daily operations.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately enter production data into company systems and spreadsheets.
- Track material usage, production output, and employee labor hours.
- Communicate daily with supervisors and team leads to gather production updates.
- Prepare and maintain reports, labels, and inventory logs.
- Assist with scheduling and documentation for production activities.
- Provide occasional hands-on support on the production floor as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.
- Follow all company safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications :
Previous experience in data entry, production, or manufacturing preferred.Strong computer and Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to multitask and support a fast-paced production environment.Reliable, punctual, and flexible to assist where needed.
