Job Title : Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics

Location : Summit, NJ

Onsite Role

Schedule : am-pm depending on business needs (Must be flexible)

The Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of clinical and commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products. The primary duty of the Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics is to maintain the day-to-day operations of patients’ treatment journey related to their materials, related to transportation, manufacturing, and distribution.

Responsibilities :

Assist as a point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing sites, couriers, and other internal partners.

Ensure business continuity between internal and external partners.

Monitor the Patient’s treatment journey from collection to infusion while potentially troubleshooting issues.

Monitor and triage requests and issues within the case management system.

Comply with and maintain training and good documentation practices.

Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree

Work experience in one or more of the following fields : Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and / or Logistics.

The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is within the range. Please note that the final individual compensation and any applicable benefits will be determined by your employer of record (and not client). Factors influencing this decision may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location of the job.
