Quality Manager (Automotive)

The Quality Manager (Automotive) will :

• Lead and manage the quality team, including engineers, technicians, inspectors, and second-shift staff
• Oversee all quality assurance activities across production, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality systems, processes, and team performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal quality issues and customer concerns
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures and documentation
• Train, mentor, and evaluate quality team members to build technical and leadership capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, production, and supply chain
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes and corrective actions
• Support audits, regulatory inspections, and customer visits
• Ensure inspection processes and standards are consistently applied across shifts
• Maintain a proactive approach to risk management and defect prevention
• Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous learning within the quality team
