A company is looking for a Healthcare Analyst II who will analyze healthcare utilization to identify patterns and opportunities for cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze healthcare utilization to identify patterns, variation, and outliers
Evaluate the effectiveness of medical cost reduction initiatives and provide recommendations
Support the intake and execution of ad-hoc analytics requests from various departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare analytics
Managed care experience is strongly preferred
Knowledge of healthcare data including medical and pharmacy claims
Proficient in Transact-SQL, SAS, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau
