$18 - $22 hourly

• Prepare and position patients for Spinal Decompression and operate equipment.
• Set up and apply E‑Stim/Electroanalgesia per protocol.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during therapy.
• Educate patients on therapies and wellness principles.
• Document treatments and responses in EHR.
• Maintain a clean, organized therapy area and equipment.
• Assist with patient flow.
• Support other passive/active therapies as trained.

• Strong communication skills and customer service skills
• Ability use a computer to complete administrative tasks

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic spinal anatomy

Preferred

• Experience in chiropractic or wellness settings
• Hands‑on decompression and E‑Stim experience
• Familiarity with chiropractic EHR
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
