Hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers

Job description :

Decker Truck Line is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for our reefer division. If you're looking for truly competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a company with a lot of job growth opportunities, we want to talk with you!

Company Reefer

  • Earn up to $112,883 per year depending on route
  • CPM pay range : $0.50-$0.70 , based on experience
  • Scheduled yearly CPM pay raises
  • Up to $0.05 / mi monthly performance bonus
  • Up to $3,000 sign on bonus for experienced drivers, depending on location
  • Accessorials : Stop pay, detention pay, layover pay, breakdown pay
  • Home time options based on location

11 days out, 3 days home

  • 21 days out, 5 days home
  • 100% no-touch freight , 30% drop and hook
  • Refrigerated foods and beverages

    Driver Requirements

  • Valid CDL A license
  • 6+ months CDL A driver experience
