Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute multiple Talent Development programs concurrently
Launch and support priority initiatives, including technical development and management training
Manage program operations end-to-end, including timelines, communications, and reporting
Required Qualifications
Corporate experience in Talent Development or a related function
Experience managing learning or leadership development programs
Strong program or project management capability
Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with instructional design or adult learning principles preferred
