Process weekly and biweekly payroll cycles for all employees.Audit timesheets and resolve discrepancies promptly.Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, and benefit changes.Prepare and file quarterly payroll tax reports.Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.Support internal and external audits related to payroll.Core Competencies
2-5 years of payroll processing experience in a high-volume or manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and wage / hour regulations.Experience with major payroll systems (ADP, Paycor, or Paychex).Strong Excel and analytical skills.Excellent organizational and communication abilities.Location : Michigan City, IN
Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday
Compensation : $49,920-$60,320 annually
