TRAVEL RRT13 WEEK 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITAL SETTING REQUIREDBLS / ACLS / NRP / PALS RCP(Respiratory Care Practitioner license in the state of Indiana) Hospital : Terre Haute Regional Hospital Location : Terre Haute, Indiana Address : 3901 S 7th St., Terre Haute, IN 47802 Unit Name : Respiratory Care Building : Main Hospital Cost Center : 72100 General Information Unit Specifics : Number of Beds : 278 Patient Ratios : NA Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Two Respiratory therapist are typically in House, they equally divide the assignment. Type of equipment : Puritan Bennett 840 and 980, Hamilton T1, V60 Documentation system : Meditech Scheduling requirements : 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week period Floating policy : No Patient Experience requirements : Newborns, Pediatrics, Adults Hospital Specifics- Certifications : Level 2 NICU Hiring profile Requested Skill Set : Must have : Indiana state license BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS Advanced skills needed : NA Procedures performed on unit : ABG s and intubations Certifications Required : BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS Dress Code : (Required uniform) Black Scrubs Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
