Concrete Laborer - Footings, Block & Flatwork

Cornerstone Custom Construction is seeking Concrete Laborers for Footings, Block & Flatwork in the North Metro Area. If you have worked in the Concrete industry, are hardworking, reliable, punctual, and are intuitively good with using tools and machinery, We are interested in talking with you!

Our growing company specializes in full concrete construction, from Footings, Block Foundations, to Flatwork and decorative concrete finishes. In this position you will be responsible for assisting Finishers and / or Block Layers daily with residential and light commercial projects. A strong work ethic, time management skills, ability to learn and retain information, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities :

• The qualified individual will seek to understand the daily plan for the project and assist Concrete Finishers, Block Layers, or Footing Installers.
• Build and use forms to shape concrete to specified lines and grades.
• Use a variety of tools, such as straight-edges, floats, rakes, shovels, & wheelbarrows to place concrete.
• Assist Block Layers by mixing mortar, setting scaffold and supplying the block and items needed to maintain production standards.
• Clean surfaces, tools, equipment, trucks, trailers, and site areas thoroughly.
• The job specifics will vary depending on the Team you are assigned to.

Physical Requirements :

This position is a full-time position that works Monday – Friday, some overtime. Must be willing to work Saturdays as needed.  If you are looking to find a team that feels more like a family, we are the right place for you.
