We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our team in a busy medium-to heavy duty truck service and upfitting business. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who can balance strong technical skills with effective team management.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
• Supervise and mentor technicians, providing hands-on guidance, training, and quality oversight to ensure high-performance standards.
• Uphold and enforce all safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Manage customer communication by providing clear updates on repair progress, timelines, and job status..

Qualifications :

Work Environment

This position works in a climate-controlled shop setting. Proper PPE must be worn at all times.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or type; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and sit for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and / or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. with a half hour lunch, but hours could change based on need.
