• Other details :   The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 1-20 patients per shift and 6 beds in the department. If the CRNA is traveling from out of state, a minimum availability of at least 1 week at a time is preferred, ideally longer; if the CRNA is in state, a minimum of 1–2 available days is preferred.
