Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with legal and business colleagues to resolve complex legal issues
Serve as assistant corporate secretary, managing board meetings and corporate records
Advise on public company securities law matters and prepare SEC filings
Required Qualifications
Law Degree (JD) from an accredited law school
Bachelor's Degree in Arts / Sciences (BA / BS) from an accredited university or college
12+ years of experience as an attorney in a law firm or corporate legal function
Experience advising public companies on corporate governance and securities law compliance
Licensed to practice law in relevant legal jurisdiction
