Your Opportunity : We are seeking an enthusiastic emerging professional with at least 1-5 years of
experience who is self-motivated, possesses excellent technical and design skills and can work
independently. As a critical member of our team-based approach, this role offers the chance to
work on high-profile designs, grow our practice, and make a meaningful impact to our
communities. This is a hybrid role expected to be in the office minimum 32 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities :
physical models, & preparing design presentations
material options, and coordinate with consultant team
Participate in construction site visits and assist with field reports, RFIs & submittal review.
Able to work with some supervision while maintaining communication with team
members
Qualifications :
visualization and graphics software
Experience with physical model building including Laser cutter & 3D Printer a plus.
Excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of building codes, construction systems, and the permitting process a
plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
LEED AP, CPHC / CPHD and Architectural Licensure preferred
Great team player with excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple
tasks
