Managing Director, Wealth Management Partner

A premier, independent multi-billion dollar RIA / Hybrid Platform is conducting a confidential search for an elite, established Wealth Manager to join the firm as a full Partner. This organization was built by advisors, for advisors, with the foundational belief that a superior business model for the advisor is the prerequisite for superior client outcomes.

Our goal is ambitious : To be the world's best independent wealth management organization by empowering our financial advisors to reach their full potential.

Key Affiliation and Structur e :

We offer a high-touch, independent structure that maintains a crucial affiliation with a leading national financial institution, providing institutional-level operational support and due diligence without the internal sales pressure of a wirehouse. The original firm was founded by five top wirehouse advisor teams seeking a scalable independent platform that prioritized ownership and autonomy.

Qualifications :

  • Proven Book of Business : Must have a verifiable track record of exceptional revenue generation with a portable client book of business in TTM Production / Revenue.
  • Experience : 8+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or Private Client Group Relationship Manager (e.g., Wirehouse, Regional Broker-Dealer, or Bank Trust).
  • Client Focus : Expertise in holistic financial planning for HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Licensing : Current and clean Series 7, 66 (or 65 / 63), and state insurance licenses.
