The Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of the department including the operation and maintenance of the equipment, exempt oversight for the development and performance management for the production employees.
SHIFT SCHEDULE : OVERTIME as required 12 hour shifts. (weekend and holiday availability during first week of the month)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership :
- Consistently demonstrates professional maturity and highly skilled professionalism in dealing with all aspects of the role.

- Demonstrates high levels of problem-solving techniques, when addressing people, process and procedural objectives.
- Develops and implements processes to drive efficiency and accuracy into the business model.
Operations :
Effectively utilizes all technology available to support operational objectives.Proactively addresses challenges to the operation and the employees. Communicates production plans to ensure an umbrella of continuity in the operational goal.Familiar with and able to apply company policy in the administration of performance management and safety requirements.Assigns work as appropriate to expedite processing and effectively manages labor effort during down turns in production cycles.Additional Duties as Required :
General Administration : Proactively communicates with business partners, local and remote, in support of client objectives via reporting, analysis, meeting attendance, SOP revisions and project support.Quality Control / InfoCare Administration : reviews and monitors all CaReport and IssueTrac attributed to the Operations site. Ensures all assigned tickets are addressed, resolved and closed timely. Collaborates with other department managers to provide expedited RCA to clients for Level 3 issues. Ensures temporary and permanent solutions are identified and implemented.Interdepartmental coordination : tasks assigned areas required for monthly production, special projects, turnover meetings, new implementations, tax planning, etc. Requests and allocates resources as needed.Requirements : Education :
High School Diploma or GED preferredExperience and Skills :
2 years prior experience and training with InfoIMAGE or similar experience in Print & Mail industry; including a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience reflecting gradual increased responsibilitiesMust demonstrate leadership qualitiesStrong organizational skills and detail orientedExcellent memory retention with the ability to multi-taskProficient in Windows Operating SystemsAbility to communicate clearly in written and verbal form to all levels of staffProfessional demeanor with a high level to safe guard confidentiality
