Self-Storage Assistant Store Manager Scope of Position

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in supporting the Store Manager, Area Manager, and District Manager to achieve the store's goals. This position involves collaborating closely with the team to enhance sales and customer acquisition and manage vendor relationships, contributing to the store's overall success. Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager is involved in executing departmental projects and initiatives, always emphasizing teamwork by working effectively with staff and customers. Our office operates on weekends, yet we offer flexible scheduling options to promote a balanced work‑life for our team.

The Assistant Store Manager will support the efforts to maintain the store's alignment with brand expectations, encompassing assisting in monitoring sales and occupancy statistics, ensuring a positive customer experience, maintaining cleanliness, and helping with facility operations.
