Qualifications for this key position include :

  • A demonstrated passion for home repair projects
  • A track record of high performance and achievement
  • Well-rounded experience in residential construction.  To include a minimum of 3 years experience in one or more of the following trades :

    • Demolition

  • Trim and rough carpentry
  • Cabinet installation

    • Drywall installation, finishing and repair

  • Painting
  • Tile installation and repair
  • Light plumbing (faucet / fixture replacement, appliance installation)
  • Light electrical (fixture installation / replacement, device installation / replacement)

    • Hardware installation

  • Understands the importance of being on time and safety
  • Ability to work in an occupied home. Maintaining a clean and safe work area, at all times, is critical.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with clients.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with management.
  • Goal and detail oriented, self-disciplined, problem solving, creative, confident, and is motivated by the opportunity to excel
