Remote Growth Manager

A company is looking for a Remote Growth Manager who is fluent in modern AI-assisted marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage paid acquisition across various platforms, utilizing AI for creative generation and optimization

Optimize eCommerce platforms through rapid landing page prototyping and systematic A / B testing

Develop analytics and attribution strategies, including custom dashboards and cohort analysis

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing or DTC e-commerce

Deep expertise in Paid Search (Google) and Paid Social (Meta)

Technical competence in Shopify (or similar), GA4, and SQL

Proven experience with CRO and A / B testing methodologies

Fluency in AI tools, specifically LLMs like Claude / ChatGPT for prototyping and automation
