Job Description

Part of a larger team delivering high quality technology solutions to the business. Assists with the design, development and installation of software solutions. Helps build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with internal architecture, development & design standards & best practices. Helps design, modify, develop, write, implement and troubleshoot software programming applications. Supports and / or installs software applications. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Works within a Waterfall or Agile methodology / framework-based team. Collaborates heavily with Project Management, Business Analyst and Infrastructure Job Families.

What You'll Do :

Design, modify, develop, write, implement, and troubleshoot software programming applications.

Support and / or install software applications.

Participate in testing processes through test review, analysis, and certification.

Collaborate with Project Management, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams.

Work within Waterfall or Agile methodology frameworks.

Under direct supervision, assist with :

Meeting clients to discuss hardware / software needs.

Designing and installing customized solutions.

Testing system performance and fixing bugs.

Providing post-installation support and follow-ups.

Developing and maintaining customer relationships.

Supporting business units with technical queries.

Must-Have Skills :

API development experience using .NET Core and C# (1-2 years).

Strong knowledge of Oracle Database , including creating SQL packages, procedures, and batch scripts.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub).

Ability to work in a team environment and deliver high-quality solutions.

Nice-To-Have :

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines , Docker , and Kubernetes .

Familiarity with Cloud Computing (1-2 years).

Solution Engineer Assc (SG 5) :

Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.

Experience : No additional experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Solution Engineer (SG 6) :

Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.

Experience : 2 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Solution Engineer (SG 6) : $72,380 - $90,474
