Key Responsibilities

Define and implement metrics and quality benchmarks for performance analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions
Required Qualifications
Experience in operations such as Member Services, Enrollment & Billing, Claims, or Provider Services
Experience with database reporting and automation, budgeting, or internal audit processes
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Alteryx
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with relational database structures and data modeling
