Job Summary
This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth by selling company services. The focus is on proactive outreach and relationship management.
Essential Functions
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess potential fit and buying interest
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to maintain engagement
- Research target accounts to understand their business needs and potential challenges
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and build relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and activity targets
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of experience in sales; or Bachelor’s degree in related fieldPreferred Qualifications :
At least 1 years of experience in staffingPhysical Demands :
Must be able to sit and type at a computer terminal for long periods of time including an entire working dayExtensive use of phone throughout the working dayKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
