A company is looking for an AVP, Software Engineering to lead the application development team and manage software systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the application development team
Manage the development lifecycle of applications, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion
Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with company objectives
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
15+ years of experience as a Java developer & AWS platform with a proven record of overseeing large cross-functional projects
Extensive experience with Java, JavaScript, REST, and JSON
Demonstrated understanding of web and API platform technologies, including microservices and cloud technologies
Proven experience with the full development lifecycle from concept to delivery
