As an  Appointment Confirmation Representative , you’ll be at the intersection of strategy, sales, and customer experience, ensuring that every appointment is not only confirmed but optimized for success. What We’re Looking For :  You’re organized, quick on your feet, and great on the phone. You like thinking a few steps ahead, spotting problems before they happen, and working with a team to hit big goals. You care about giving people a smooth experience and love when everything runs like clockwork.

What You’ll Own :

• Conduct timely and professional confirmation calls for all scheduled appointments.
• Keeping the sales calendar full
• Jumping in quickly to reschedule or adjust when needed. Their focus is making sure things run smoothly and appointments actually happen.
• Represent the company with confidence and clarity during all calls.

Appointment Representative   Requirements :

Job Type :  Full-time : Tuesday to Saturday

Pay : Base $ / hr plus weekly commission pay
