A company is looking for a Head of GTM Engineering to architect and build automation infrastructure for their go-to-market engine.
Key Responsibilities
Own the GTM automation architecture by designing and maintaining workflows connecting GTM systems
Build automated prospecting systems that utilize data scraping and AI for lead research and outreach
Engineer the lead lifecycle for instant qualification, enrichment, and routing of inbound leads
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Growth Engineering, GTM Engineering, Technical RevOps, or Backend Engineering
Experience with Workflow Automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python or Javascript / Typescript)
Knowledge of API Integration (REST / Webhooks) and SQL
Experience in AI Engineering, including Prompt Engineering and OpenAI API
