Quality Engineer

CTG is seeking to fill a Quality Engineer position for our client in Atlanta, GA.

Duration : 12 months

Duties :

Design, manage, and execute performance and resilience testing using appropriate tools and methodologies.

Develop and implement performance test plans and automation frameworks.

Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and system limitations.

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and network teams to resolve performance-related issues.

Ensure all new and updated systems meet defined performance criteria and quality standards.

Provide technical expertise in performance and resilience management in a billable services or implementation environment.

Skills :

Strong proficiency with JMeter , LoadRunner , and custom Python scripting .

Hands-on experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

Telecom industry experience preferred.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Experience :

Proven experience in performance and resilience testing of complex systems.

Background in load, scalability, and infrastructure performance testing.

Experience designing and maintaining performance testing frameworks and tools.

Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
