Team Lead, Payment Accuracy

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Payment Accuracy (COB).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to achieve performance goals and client requirements

Recruit, develop, and retain diverse talent while fostering an inclusive team culture

Oversee performance management, including onboarding, goal planning, and regular performance reviews

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum of five years related experience in healthcare

3-4 years of relevant experience within the organization is recommended

Prior experience in mentoring and leading a team is preferred

Knowledge of Coordination of Benefits in the healthcare industry is required
