As a Registered Nurse, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards. You will engage in clinical decision-making, compassion, and effective communication to create a safe patient environment and enhance patient experiences.

You will assess patient needs, implement individualized interventions, and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, while involving patients and families throughout the process. Your role includes anticipating significant changes in patient conditions, collaborating with healthcare teams, and facilitating patient-centered care.

Licenses & Certifications Required :

Education :

Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program is required.

Required Functional Experience :

Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
