Project Architect

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Architect to lead design and documentation efforts across various phases of architectural projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration
• Develop and coordinate all phases of project documentation, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents
• Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project lifecycle
• Conduct code reviews, zoning analysis, and compliance assessments
• Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing
• Participate in quality control and constructability reviews
• Coordinate with permitting authorities and respond to regulatory comments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• 7–10 years of professional architectural experience
• Licensed Architect (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in Revit is required
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and documentation
